These Terms govern your use of Upo, an AI-assisted business dashboard operated by Reeksy Websites (ABN 80 653 802 927), based in Sydney, Australia ("we", "us", "Upo"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Upo is a personal/business assistant application that lets you manage a calendar, clients, notes, to-dos, invoices, expenses, and drafts, and interact with an AI assistant by text or voice. Upo is an early-stage product under active development — features may change, break, or be removed without notice while we build it out.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Upo. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Upo currently offers a Free plan. Paid plans, once introduced, will be billed in advance and clearly disclosed before you're charged. No payment will be taken without your explicit agreement to a price at the time.
You agree not to: use Upo for anything illegal; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service; use the AI assistant to generate content that is abusive, deceptive, or harms others; or share your account with people outside your business without our agreement.
You retain ownership of the business data you put into Upo (clients, notes, calendar events, and so on). You grant us a licence to store and process that data solely to provide the service to you — including sending relevant content to third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
Upo uses AI (via Anthropic's Claude API) to answer questions, draft content, and take actions like creating calendar events. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. You're responsible for reviewing anything Upo drafts or suggests — quotes, emails, calendar entries — before relying on it or sending it to someone else.
Upo relies on third-party providers to work: Anthropic (AI processing), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis, optional), and Cloudflare (hosting and data storage). Your use of Upo is also subject to those providers processing your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
You can stop using Upo and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, misuse the service, or pose a security risk to other users.
Upo is provided "as is" while in active development, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Upo, including reliance on AI-generated content.
We may update these Terms as Upo develops. Material changes will be flagged in-app, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
